As a technician at our production site in Herent, you are the crucial link in maintaining the operational integrity of our machinery. Your commitment to efficient production processes is reflected in your quick and accurate analysis of technical faults, implementing effective solutions to minimise production interruptions.

You are also proactively involved in identifying improvement opportunities in the machinery park, working with the team to integrate innovations that increase plant efficiency and reliability.

Your meticulous approach to maintenance and repair work is also reflected in meticulous documentation, using our ERP system for detailed recording of activities and inventory. Your reports on the status of installations and recommendations for improvement provide valuable insights, ensuring continuous optimisation of the production site.

As a technician, you are not only a problem solver, but also a driver of progress, contributing to the overall efficiency and modernisation of our production environment.

This will be the core tasks of our new colleague technician:

  • Quickly and accurately analyse and resolve technical faults to minimise production interruptions.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the machinery and work with the team to integrate innovations that increase plant efficiency and reliability.
  • Carefully perform maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment.
  • Closely documenting all work performed using the ERP system for detailed recording of activities and inventory.
  • Preparing reports on the status of plants and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Actively contribute to the overall efficiency and modernisation of the production environment by continuously striving for improvement and innovation.

Our new colleague technician can be described as follows:

  • You have a bachelor elektromechanics or worthy experience
  • You have technical understanding to carry out machine maintenance and repairs
  • You are flexible to work in an environment with changing priorities
  • You are a teamplayer who works closely with team members and different departments within the organisation
  • You are willing to work in shifts (early/late)
