Would you like to join us as operator, in laying the foundations for a sustainable future? The Compost Bag Company is a Belgian family-owned SME that sets the tone in Europe with its products for a sustainable future: high-quality biodegradable products made from natural and renewable materials as a fully-fledged and ecological alternative to traditional plastics.

By the way, did you know that we became famous with the green organic waste bag? With our flexible production site in Herent (near Leuven), we also strive for minimal environmental impact, always with an eye for high quality products and absolute safety of the production processes.

For more details, be sure to take a look at Our Company!

As an operator, you play a crucial role in our production. The operator operates the machines autonomously and checks the products for quality.

In cooperation with our maintenance department, the operator carries out minor repairs and preventive maintenance work.

In addition, as an operator you support the team leader in supporting your direct colleagues on the shop floor.

This makes you, as an operator, an indispensable link to satisfy our customers with timely and high-quality products. Plus, you help build a sustainable future.

We welcome you to join an enthusiastic and diverse team pursuing sustainability in an open and family atmosphere. You will participate in the development of products of the future, in a company committed to providing answers to the ecological challenge of today and tomorrow.

A dynamic and challenging position within a family company with room for participation and personal development. In doing so, we pay great attention to your training and development opportunities.

We would like to reward your commitment with a competitive salary, supplemented by shift premiums, fringe benefits such as meal vouchers, hospitalisation and group insurance, travel allowances and 12 ADV days.

As a bonus, there is also a great working atmosphere!
