You will engage in an exciting and varied job, with opportunities to grow alongside our company.

You will provide office-based support to our field sales representatives, assisting them in drafting quotations and responding to specifications. Additionally, you will support the purchasing and logistics departments.

Your responsibilities will include handling the relevant sales and purchasing administration, tracking complaints, and participating in supplier evaluations. You will also play a supportive role in inventory and warehouse management.

Furthermore, you will process webshop orders both administratively and logistically. You will serve as a backup for your other administrative colleagues.

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficient in administrative systems and comfortable working with MS Office
  • Experience with website maintenance and social media management is a plus
  • Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (minimum level B1); additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Methodical and disciplined work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player who contributes to the smooth operation of the organization through a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow established structures and work agreements with sufficient flexibility, critical thinking, initiative, and service orientation to help solve problems
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
