You can easily place your products in your shopping basket by clicking on ‘Add to basket’ in the webshop overview or by opening the product and clicking on the green button. With an account on our website, ordering is even faster. Don’t have an account? No problem. You can also order without an account or create one on the spot. Piece of cake!

It is not possible to obtain an invoice from this web shop. Still want to place a business order? This can be done in the designated professional webshop: www.compostbag-professional.eu/ where you can get an invoice from a purchase amount of €250 – incl VAT. VAT. For the creation of an invoice for a purchase amount below €250 (incl. VAT) in the professional webshop, an administrative fee of €25 (incl. VAT) will be charged as from 1 February 2022.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Made a mistake? Can happen! Contact us as soon as possible and be sure not to forget your order number. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change it, in most cases, otherwise we will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order. If your package is already on its way or you have already received it, please send us an e-mail. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. If, for any reason, we cannot meet the normal delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The Compost Bag Company SA works with the local postal service Bpost. In addition, we pack as many products as possible in envelopes because they fit in the letterbox, are delivered together (and quickly) with other mail and require less packaging material. For larger packages, we also cooperate with the courier service DPD.

Ordering in Belgium: fixed rate €5 for amounts below €25 (free shipping as from €25) FROM 1/02/2022

Ordering in the Netherlands: fixed rate of €7 shipping costs

Ordering in Luxembourg, France and Germany: your rate will be calculated at checkout.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Bags purchased from this web shop have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

The VentiMax Welcome Pack can be returned within 14 days IF the pack is still complete (including Refill Rolls, coupon and manual) and the VentiMax has not been assembled. The costs of the return shipment are to be covered by the purchaser. As soon as we have received the return shipment, the amount will be refunded.

If there is something wrong with your order, if part of your order is missing or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look for a solution together.

You can always find a production date on our products. The guarantee that the product retains its quality lasts for one year after this production date. Subsequently, the strong properties decrease because the products start to degrade. This may cause the bags to tear.

Do you have problems with your bags and is the production date quite recent? Then contact us and together we will find a suitable solution.
