CORONA VIRUS MEASURES

From 16 March 2020, the processing of your package may be delayed. Because of the measures used, parcels will only be sent twice a week. This is only a temporary application, there is no certainty how long it will last, but as long as we can send parcels for the time being, the webshop will remain open.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can easily place your products in your shopping basket by clicking on ‘Add to shopping basket’ in the webshop overview or by opening the product and clicking on the green button there. With an account on our website, ordering is even faster. Don’t have an account? No worries. You can also order without an account or create one on the spot. It’s a piece of cake!

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Made a mistake? Could happen! Contact us as soon as possible and don’t forget to give us your order number. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change it in most cases, otherwise we will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order. If your package is already on its way or you have already received it, please send us an email. We will then look together for a suitable solution.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon, we try to ship the same day. If for whatever reason we do not reach the normal delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The Compost Bag Company nv works with local mail (Bpost). Moreover, we pack as many products as possible in envelopes because they fit in the letterbox, are delivered together (and quickly) with other mail and require less packaging material.

Ordering in Belgium: no shipping costs
Ordering in the Netherlands: fixed rate of €9 for shipping costs
Order in another country: your rate will be calculated at checkout.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Products purchased through this webshop have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

Is there something wrong with your order, are you missing a part of the order or have you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can look for a solution together.

You can always find a production date on our products. The guarantee that the product retains its quality, runs until 1 year after this production date. After that, the strong properties decrease because the products start to degrade. This can lead to the tearing of the bags.

Do you have problems with your bags and is the production date quite recent? Please contact us, we will look together for a suitable solution.

You can talk to us about it.We advise you to contact us first. You can do this by contacting our customer service. You can always call, email or contact us via Facebook and Instagram, then we will look for a solution together.
